The ACE® User Conference 2023 is located in York, PA at one of our CMO partners - BioTechnique®. BioTechnique is located at 250 Cross Farm Ln, York, PA 17406.
Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is the closest airport to BioTechnique® where the conference will be held. The second closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI).
We recommend making reservations at the Four Points by Sheraton located at: 1650 Toronita St, York, PA 17402. We have an exclusive rate for $109 a night. We will also provide shuttle transportation back to the Four Points by Sheraton after our happy hour and dinner event at South County Brewing Company on Day 1.
Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link giving you exclusive access to our rate of $109 a night at the Four Points by Sheraton located a short 13 minutes away from BioTechnique®.
The general registration cost includes admission to both days of the conference and access to all sessions. Also included in general registration is transportation and access to a tour and tasting event followed by happy hour and dinner on Day 1 at South County Brewing Company. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on Day 2 will also be provided.
Virtual admission grants access to all sessions on both days of the conference. A link will be provided via email after registering to our virtual conference room.
Transportation will be provided from BioTechnique® to South County Brewing Company, then from South County Brewing Company to the Four Points by Sheraton. **Please note that transportation will not be provided for the rest of the conference. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event.**
