John Clapham
President & CEO

John brings more than 29 years of hands-on experience in the life science industry. Before founding PSC Biotech Corporation, he held roles at the United States Department of Defense (Naval Ordnance Station), CPI Plants Inc., Lockwood Greene Engineers, Johnson & Johnson, and Fluor Daniel. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

He is a former president of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) Los Angeles Chapter and an active member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).

John is passionate about creating value for his clients within the life sciences field.

Gilbert Wong
Chief Financial Officer

Gilbert has over 30 years of experience in finance management specific in planning and control, developing financial policy, implementing management reporting systems, and finance and accounting management. Gilbert joined PSC Biotech Corporation as Controller in 2008 and promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2011 to lead the finance and accounting function for PSC group. He is responsible for managing the group’s finance and accounting, planning and control, business investment, treasury, and tax planning.

Gilbert has an extensive track record in setting and driving the company to achieve the financial goals, risk management, and directing the finance and accounting functions to meet with required accounting standards and the legal compliance. He holds an Master of Business Administration, CPA from the Hong Kong Institute of Certificated Public Accountants, CPA from the Washington State Board of Accountancy, and was a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom.

Gilbert Gomez
Chief Technology Officer

Gilbert leads PSC Biotech Corporation’s technology initiatives through its PSC Software™ division, driving innovation and excellence in cloud-based solutions. He oversees product development, directly contributes to the creation of cutting-edge applications, and spearheads strategic planning for application hosting capabilities. With over 15 years of experience across diverse development platforms, Gilbert offers deep technical expertise and proven leadership.

A graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Gilbert combines technical acumen with strategic insight. Under his leadership, PSC Software™ has achieved consistent growth, and his vision ensures this trajectory continues well into the future.

Ryan Ciarcia
General Manager

Ryan brings eight years of business development experience in the private sector to his role at PSC Software. He leads the company’s strategic operations, oversees cross-functional teams, and drives business growth while ensuring excellence in customer service, product development, and the overall client experience.

With a strong background in business development and a Master of Business Administration, Ryan plays a pivotal role in expanding market presence and launching new products. Passionate about innovation and team development, he is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Brandon Clough
Managing Director, North America - Central

Brandon’s extensive background includes leadership roles in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production across life sciences, biotech, personal care, and animal health sectors. At MilliporeSigma (formerly Sigma-Aldrich), he managed the Corporate Auditing team of over 100 professionals, overseeing both internal and external audits. He played a key role in evaluating compliance, process improvements, and conducting due diligence audits for acquisition targets, contributing to the successful integration of newly acquired sites. At Huvepharma, Brandon managed operations across three U.S. manufacturing sites focused on animal drug development and production, including APIs, finished solid-dose drugs, liquid drugs, and vaccines.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Master’s degree in Business. Brandon also holds multiple certifications from the American Society for Quality, including Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional (CPGP), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and Certified Quality Auditor. He contributed to authoring the second and third exams for the CPGP certification. Brandon has hosted numerous regulatory inspections, including over 27 FDA, 3 MHRA, 2 AFIA, 3 EPA, 2 OSHA, and 4 Board of Pharmacy inspections. As a certified Advanced Program Improvement Leader, he is a trainer in process improvements and operational excellence. He actively participates on committees for the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) International Working Group, the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) Women in Pharma mentorship program, and the St. Louis American Society of Quality mentorship program.

Justin Jay
Chief Government Affairs Officer and Managing Director, North America - East Coast

Justin brings over 20 years of operations and business development experience in both the private and public sectors to his role at PSC. In his current position, Justin leads PSC’s strategy and engagement with government organizations and initiatives, while driving the success and growth of PSC’s North America – East Coast business and operations.

With a career dedicated to life sciences, Justin has hands-on experience across the full spectrum—from research and development to clinical project management, manufacturing operations, and commercial oversight. His diverse background, entrepreneurial mindset, and adaptability enable him to deliver leadership in operations, sales management, strategy, and innovation that optimize projects of all sizes and complexities. Justin’s expertise aligns closely with PSC’s priorities, as he spearheads time-sensitive clinical and commercial manufacturing initiatives for global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. Previously, he served as a project and portfolio management leader for global biologics manufacturing sites, directed late-stage drug development projects for major pharmaceutical companies, and designed project management infrastructures that integrate seamlessly with global development plans. An effective cross-team facilitator, Justin has a proven track record in developing, optimizing, and scaling projects and technologies. His skills contribute significantly to PSC’s ability to succeed under aggressive timelines, complex logistics, and demanding requirements.

Heather Kelly
President, PSC Europe

Heather joins PSC Biotech Corporation as a senior director with over 20 years of experience navigating complex technical and legal issues combined with analytical and technical knowledge, fiscal responsibilities, conflict resolution, software, CAPA, non-conformance regulatory compliance, manufacturing, six sigma and global business startups.

As a leader in project management and global operations, Heather spearheads PSC’s expansion efforts in Europe. She holds multiple certifications, including GMS CRP, ERC visa and immigration expertise, audit quality appraisal and delivery, project management professional (PMP), and advanced sciences. With Heather’s extensive background and leadership, PSC Biotech is well positioned to continue its growth and success throughout Europe and beyond.

Zhu Chunhong
Managing Director, PSC Asia

Zhu brings over 23 years of experience in the chemical engineering, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. She specializes in qualification, validation, and cGMP compliance services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities, including laboratories, manufacturing plants, equipment, and utilities. Her deep expertise in validation and cGMP compliance ensures her teams are guided by knowledgeable, experienced leadership.

Zhu has successfully supported four Chinese domestic sterile injectable manufacturers in achieving marketing authorization for their cephalosporin products. Additionally, she led two greenfield commissioning and qualification projects in Singapore—one for a sterile facility and one for a biotechnology facility. Her leadership and technical skills are instrumental in spearheading PSC Biotech Corporation’s continued growth across Asia.

Samuel O’Callaghan
Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand

Samuel is a highly adaptable business director with over 17 years of experience managing automated GxP production facilities across the pharmaceutical and food industries. His expertise spans reliability and project management principles, as well as the full Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) life cycle.

Samuel’s diverse professional background includes leadership roles at industry-leading organizations such as CSL, Grifols, Nestlé, and Toyota. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a unique perspective and a comprehensive skill set that spans multiple industries.

As the Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand at PSC Biotech, Samuel leads with a focus on efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. He has successfully managed cross-functional teams of project and validation engineers, quality assurance specialists, and maintenance personnel. Known for delivering capital expansion projects on tight timelines, Samuel consistently ensures high standards and successful outcomes.
